A teeny bit about me..

Just in case you don't know who I am off one of the Illustration forums I'm Sarah, I'm 23 and from Newcastle in the UK! I don't really like to call myself a geordie as there's a bit of a stereotype going on ;) but I guess I am.

I've always loved drawing for as long as I can remember and always wanted to be an artist! The past few years I've embraced digital illustration as I can truly explore my strange imagination full of little characters bursting to get out! I love all things strange and unusual, bright and quirky and mystical creatures like mermaids. I still use a sketchbook for my inital ideas and will be posting some of my sketchbook pages tommorow...

Erm what else... I love boiled eggs and soldiers, and the idea of my perfect night is snuggling up with Gwenny (my cat), creating new characters and listening to Bob Dylan whilst drinking green tea (i do have a life occasionally and actually go out drinking cocktails with the girlys - Gina, Clara, Sarah and Sal and the lovely Linz when she comes down from bonnie Scotland)
